Concrete Sealing for Residential Driveways

This service is designed to seal cracked and fractured areas in concrete to help slow deterioration of the surrounding concrete and base material from damaging elements such as water.

1. Thoroughly clean out cracks by removing loose debris and embedded dirt.

2. Apply one application of premium grade self-leveling polyurethane sealant to cracks at least 1/4" wide and 1/2" deep or larger.

3. Allow work area to thoroughly dry.

This process is an affordable approach to thorough crack sealing; however, due to the shrinkage of the crack sealer as it cures, the cracks will not disappear and they will open back up over time.
